Abstract
Transmission delay is an important performance indicator of SDH optical transmission system. In the design phase of the system, whether the transmission delay performance of the stations meets the requirements of service needs to be considered. In view of this situation, this paper put forward a method to calculate the delay of SDH optical transmission system by establishing the mode and setting up test system. Study showed that transmission delay of SDH optical transmission equipment with different manufacturers, models and rates could be calculated with this method when it couldn’t be tested real time by instruments due to limited conditions.关键词
