Abstract
In order to effectively optimize the China Tower company’s 4G station project approval process, improve efficiency, the existing management problems were first analyzed, and the paper pointed out the challenges faced by the traditional mode. Then it put forward a management method based on CPM, and designed and developed the 4G base station acceptance CPM management program. At last, the application of CPM management program in 4G base station acceptance verified the scientific and applicability of the method and the program, thus effectively reduced the time and resources of 4G base station project acceptance.关键词
