Abstract
The effect of stress relief annealing temperature on mechanical properties and microstructure of Q345 R joints has been investigated.Stress relief annealing treatment (SRAT)were carried out on the Q345R joints at 615,645 and 665 ℃for 5 h after normalizing (915 ℃for 1.25 h),respectively.The re-sults show that the ultimate strength and hardness of Q345 R decreases with increasing SRAT temperature. The ultimate strength of Q345R joints are more than 490 MPa when SRAT at 615 ℃ and 645 ℃,while the ultimate strength is less than 490 MPa which is the lowest value of base metal.The microstructures both weld and base metal of the joint subjected to SCRT at different temperature is (Ferrite+Pearlite). The spheroidizing degrees of cementite increases with increasing SRAT temperature,therefore the ultimate strength and hardness decrease.关键词
