摘要
Abstract
The reasons for cracking of L415MLSAW pipe base material were analyzed by macro analysis, physical and chemical analysis,metallographic analysis and EDS analysis.The results show that there are two reasons for the cracking,the first is due to the parent material cauma because of high temperature,and then the formation of the inner surface pits,making the wall thickness thinning;the second is due to the steel pipe in the high temperature process and the low melting point metal copper alloy contact to cause embrittlement,at finally,the cracking and leakage of the pipe happened in the operation.关键词
