枇杷属野生植物种胚离体培养和植株再生研究
Studies onin vitro Culture and Regeneration of Embryos in Wild Plants of Eriobotrya

Abstract
The effects of the combination of the plant growth regulators and culture condition on the in vitro culture and regeneration of the embryo ofEriobotrya plants were studied. The results showed that the best mediain vitro was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+ KT 1.0 mg·L-1+ NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 for embryo culture of 11 wild species and 1 intergeneric hybrid ofEriobotryaplants. All of the explants were succeed in regeneration from embryo culture, among them, the germination rate and sprouting shoot rate ofE. prinoides both were 100%. This experiment had established an effectivein vitro culture and plantlet regeneration system of embryos inEriobotrya.关键词
