Abstract
Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endovascular embolization in the treatment of visceral artery aneu -rysms( VAAS) .Methods 25 cases of visceral artery aneurysm were selected ,including 8 cases of splenic artery aneurysm ,5 cases of renal artery aneurysm ,5 cases of hepatic artery aneurysm ,3 cases of gastro duodenal artery aneurysm ,2 cases of superior mesenter-ic artery aneurysm and 2 cases of bronchial artery aneurysm .Tumor coil packing with gelatin sponge particles tamponade was used of 8 cases of VAAS , embolization with coil in tumor was used in 13 cases of VAAS , The bare metal stents was used in 2 cases of VAAS.Arterial branches Gelfoam embolization was used in 2 cases of VAAS.Performed 1months,3months and 6months after opera-tion rwith the ultrasound or CTA review and then annually thereafter .Results In this group of visceral artery aneurysms were suc-cessfully treated by endovascular interventional embolization .Angiography showed the aneurysm cavity and the parent artery was been occlusioned ,contrast agent was no obvious in aneurysm .No serious complications occurred , patients were followed up for 3 ~36 months,no aneurysm body broken crack bleeding and no recurrence or augmentation .Conclusions endovascular embolization is a minimally invasive ,safe and effective method in the treatment of visceral artery aneurysms .关键词
