Abstract
Objectives To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of diabetic foot in our hospital ,and to provide evi-dence for clinical rational drug use .Methods To culture the bacterial of diabetic foot ulcer specimens in endocrinology submission from January 2014 to December2015 in our hospital,379 samples were isolated pathogenic bacteria.422 strains were detected,and 43 strainswere detected two samples .Analysis of the bacteria ,which 233 strains of gram negative bacteria ,and 189 strains of gram posi-tive bacteria.Results The gram positive bacteria :Staphylococcus aureus 72 strains (38%);Staphylococcus epidermidis 28 strains (15%);and Enterococcus faecalis strain 19 (10%)were the top ranked countries.The gram negative bacteria :baumannii Acineto-bacter 41 strains (18%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa 34 strains (15%),Escherichia coli 30 strains (13%),and Proteus mirabilis 21 strains (9%)were the top ranked countries.Detection 39 strainsof MRCNS,25 strains of MRSA,1 strain of VRE,2 strains of Multi drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,and 6 strains of multiple drug resistant Acinetobacter .Conclusions The pathogenic bacteria infectionof diabetic foot iscomplex ,and more the mixed infection .Therefore,it is more important to clear the pathogenic bacteria and to take drug for the patients with diabetic foot as early as possible .关键词
