摘要
Abstract
Objectives To compare the clinical effect of Weisu granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of eld -erly patients with chronic gastritis .Methods From June 2014 to December 2015 ,96 elderly patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital were selected ,in according with the different methods of treatment ,they were randomly divided into two groups ,48 cases in each group.The group which was only given conventional western medicine treatment was called control group .The other one called treatment group ,it was given Weisu granule combined with western medicine treatment .To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment, the condition of two groups has improved , but the total effective rate of treatment group was 89.6%, it was better than the control group which was 79.2%, and the Hp eradication rate of treatment group was 81.3%, it was better than the control group which was 62.5%,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of Weisu granule combined with western medicine in elderly patients of chronic gastritis has effectively alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms.The effect was remarkable ,it was worth clinical application .关键词
