摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the dynamic progression of renal tubule interstitial fibrosis of unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) model rats,to study the relationship between new fibrosis related factor SFTPA2 and rat renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods:64 SD rats were randomly divided into the unilateral ureteral obstruction model group(UUO),the sham operation group(NC),the siRNA group(the gene silencing group) and the negative control group.The renal tubular interstitial fibrosis degree was evaluated.The SFTPA2 expression of the obstructive nephropathy renal tissue was detected.The rats blood SFTPA2 and TGF-β1 contents were detected.The relationship between SFTPA2 and obstructive renal interstitial fibrosis was analyzed.Results:Compared with the sham operation group,with the extension of rat ureter obstruction time,the renal tubule interstitial fibrosis degree gradually increased,the SFTPA2 expression and blood SFTPA2 and TGF-β1 contents of renal interstitium also increased. After the interdiction of SFTPA2,SFTPA2 and TGF-β 1 expressions were also reduced.Conclusion:Renal interstitial fibrosis related factor SFTPA2 may be involved in the process of renal interstitial fibrosis in UUO model rats.
