摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the structure characteristics and function of Wnt signal transduction pathway and the relationship with alzheimer disease are discussed.Wnt signal transduction pathway is an important factor for regulating the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells.Wnt signal transduction pathway is activated to protect the hippocampus neurons,in contrast, Wnt signal transduction pathway is inactivated to promote the development of alzheimer disease,which provide a new thinking way of thinking for the treatment of alzheimer disease.
