急性颅脑损伤患者1658例临床疗效分析
Clinical effect analysis of 1 658 cases of patients with acute craniocerebral injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the condition and curative effect of patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Methods:The clinical data of 1658 cases of patients with acute craniocerebral injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results:398 cases of patients had emergency operation,46 cases were dead,and the operative mortality was 11.56%.170 cases had epidural hematoma,19 cases were dead and the operative mortality was 4.77% .228 cases had subdural hematoma or cerebral contusion with intracranial hematoma formation,27 cases were dead,and the surgical mortality was 6.78%.1 260 cases were treated with dehydration and reduction of intracranial pressure and 2 cases died.Conclusion:According to the specific condition of patients with acute craniocerebral injury,the individualized treatment plan was taken,which help to improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the mortality significantly.关键词
