Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods:68 patients with acute appendicitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine appendectomy,while the treatment group was treated with small incision appendectomy.We compared the two groups of surgery related indicators and the incidence of adverse reaction symptoms.Results:The operation time,amount of bleeding during operation,incision length and length of stay in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. The adverse reaction rate was 8.82% in the treatment group,and 23.53% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acute appendicitis treated with small incision appendectomy can reduce the physical and psychological trauma caused by surgery,relief the postoperative pain and reduce the number of adverse reactions, which promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible after surgery.关键词
