Analysis of the relationship between the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae and the acute attack of bronchial asthma in children

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection on the occurrence of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:110 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as the experimental group,and 110 patients with common cold were selected as the control group.We compared the mycoplasma infection of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the rate of mycoplasma infection and the proportion of patients with titer 1:320 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the rate of mycoplasma infection and the proportion of patients with titer 1:320 in acute stage were significantly higher than the remission period(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that the mycoplasma antibody titers were positively correlated with FEV1% and FEV1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection directly affected the acute attack of asthma in children,clinically.We should closely monitor the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae,to provide evidence for effective prevention and treatment of children with asthma attacks.关键词
