摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of rabeprazole an omeprazole on patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods:114 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the research group was treated with rabeprazole.The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 98.25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.21% (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 5.26%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 15.79% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer had obvious curative effect and little adverse reaction.关键词
