摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the application effect of laparoscopy in the operation of preserving fertility in patients with borderline ovarian tumor.Methods:58 patients with borderline ovarian tumor were selected,they were divided into two groups,each of 29 cases,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,the control group was treated with conventional surgery,all patients were required to retain the function of fertility,the patient after treatment of pregnancy were investigated.Results:The rate of pregnancy in the observation group was 72.4% higher than that of the control group of 44.8% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery can better retain the patient's reproductive function,and the patients are more likely to be pregnant again.关键词
