摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone cholecystitis.Methods:112 patients with gallstone cholecystitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated by open surgery to remove the gallbladder,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The correlation indexes of two groups of patients before,during and after operation were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone cholecystitis is significant and good,which can improve the living standard of patients,improve patients’ satisfaction.关键词
