瘢痕子宫再次妊娠剖宫产的临床分析
Clinical analysis of cesarean section for pregnancy with scar uterus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of cesarean section for pregnancy with scar uterus for mode of delivery.Methods:80 cases of maternal with cesarean section for pregnancy with scar uterus were selected as the observation group,at the same time,80 cases of maternal with the first cesarean section were selected as the control group.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the open time,the amount of bleeding at open the abdominal cavity,the amount of bleeding during operation and the time of operation between groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adhesion and the incidence of complications were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Again cesarean section in scar uterus had adverse effects on the operation effect,strict control of indications for cesarean section and reducing the rate of cesarean section were of great significance for the prevention of scar uterus.关键词
