摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of anti-rotation proximal femoral nail(PFNA) in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods:43 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated with PFNA,and we observed the treatment effect.Results:All fractures were healed,and most of the patients had full weight bearing walking(40 cases,93% ).The excellent and good rate was 88.4% .Conclusion:The efficacy of PFNA in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly was significant.关键词
