肺癌术后不同雾化治疗时间的疗效比较
Comparison of curative effect of different atomization treatment time after lung cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ideal time of atomizing inhalation therapy for lung cancer patients after general anesthesia.Methods:136 patients with lung cancer were divided into the 4 groups.The group A received oxygen atomization inhalation on time each daily morning and afternoon,The B,C,D group used improved infusion of oxygen atomizing inhalation.The group B used daily intermittent atomization up to 6 hours,the group C up to 12 hours,the group D lasted for 24 hours.The blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were compared between the four groups after 3 days of operation,and the postoperative complications and average length of stay in hospital were counted.Results:The arterial oxygen saturation,oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure,forced expiratory volume in the first second,postoperative complications and the average length of stay in hospital of the B, C, D group compared with the group A had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lung cancer were treated with daily oxygen inhalation for more than 6 hours after general anesthesia,which can significantly improve lung function,reduce pulmonary complications,and shorten the time of hospitalization.关键词
