双氯芬酸钠利多卡因联合654-2治疗肾绞痛的疗效探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of diclofenac sodium lidocaine combined with 654-2 in the treatment of renal colic.Methods:94 patients with renal colic were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the combined group with 47 cases in each.The reference group was given pethidine treatment.The combined group was given diclofenac sodium lidocaine combined with 654-2 treatment.The curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diclofenac sodium lidocaine combined with 654-2 in the treatment of renal colic have a good curative effect and less adverse reaction.关键词
