Abstract
Objective:To analye and study the clinical effect of high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding.Methods:63 patients with refractory nasal bleeding were selected.They were randomly into the observation group with 30 cases and the control group with 33 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment methods for treatment.The observation group was given high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope for treatment. The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with refractory nasal bleeding in clinic,high frequency electric coagulation under nasal endoscope treatment can achieve better treatment effect can improve the treatment effective rate of patients,promote the prognosis and recovery of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
