Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cerebral vascular ultrasound therapy combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:108 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine drug therapy,and the treatment group was treated with vascular ultrasound therapy and Buyanghuanwu decoction taken orally on the first day of admission on the basis of conventional treatment(patients who can't swallow were given the nasal feeding).We observed the curative effect of the two groups, the improvement time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebral vascular ultrasound therapy combined with Buyanghuanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has good effect,which shorten the course of disease,improve the quality of life of patients.The method is simple and easy to operate.关键词
