Expression and clinical significance of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 in gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression changes of apoptosis related proteins Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 in gastric cancer, analyze its correlation with gastric cancer.Methods: TUNEL staining was used to detect cell apoptosis.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the change of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein expression of gastric cancer,and its conclusion and the relationship between the clinical pathological features of gastric cancer.Results: The apoptosis index in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal tissue and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Livin and XIAP protein in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the normal tissues and cancer adjacent tissues(P<0.05).But the expression of Caspase-3 protein in gastric cancer tissue were significantly lower than the normal tissue and cancer adjacent tissues (P<0.05).The expression of Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 protein were closely related to the lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion:Livin,XIAP and Caspase-3 were closely related with the incidence of gastric cancer.They can be used as an index of gastric cancer development and prognosis judgement.关键词
