摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of serum cystatin C in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 patients with early diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the 3 groups according to the patient's urinary albumin excretion rate.Normal proteinuria patients were selected as the A group;micro protein urine patients as the B group;patients with clinical proteinuria were acted as the C group;then 50 health personnel with physical examination were selected.C ysC concentration and UAER level were detected and analyzed in the four groups of patients.Results:With the aggravation of the disease,the patient's CysC level also increased,the urinary albumin excretion rate of the group A,the group B and the group C was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of serum Cys-C in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is higher,which can fully reflect the indicators of renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.关键词
