Influence analysis of community nursing intervention on self-management ability of patients with hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of community nursing intervention on self-management ability of patients with hypertension.Methods:90 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The research group was given community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability of the two groups was compared.Results:The self-management ability of compliance with medication, insisting on exercise,reasonable diet,monitoring of blood pressure regularly in the research group were high than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention could improve the self-management ability of patients with hypertension effectively.关键词
