护理干预对烧伤植皮术后患者疼痛感和焦虑的影响分析
Influence of nursing intervention on pain and anxiety of patients after skin grafting
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pain and anxiety of patients after skin grafting. Methods:80 cases of severe burn patients with autologous skin grafting.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used routine nursing,while the observation group uses nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the two groups of patients with postoperative pain and anxiety scores.Results:The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group within 4 to 48 hours after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can relieve relieve pain after skin grafting,alleviate the anxiety of patients, improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
