摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention on 101 cases of the wounded after Zhaotong Ludian earthquake.Methods:101 cases of the wounded were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was given the psychological intervention of sudden stress events.The control group was given conventional psychological intervention.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After the intervention, the self rating depression scale,self rating anxiety scale and SCL-90 scale of the two groups were all improved,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention of sudden stress events was helpful to reduce the depression and anxiety of the affected people and the ability to stress the emergency.关键词
