方氏头皮针结合体针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效评价
Clinical Effect Observation on Fang’s Scalp Acupuncture and Body Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fang’s scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia disease in our hospital from Apr 2013 to Dec 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given body acupuncture treatment while the observation group was given body acupuncture treatment combined with Fang’s scalp acupuncture treatment.Efficacy,VAS,PSQI, SAS,SDS,the satisfaction of patients and the time of stopping pain were compared between two groups after the treatment.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group and the observation group were 80.00% and 96.67%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS,PSQI, SAS,SDS,the satisfaction of patients and the time of stopping pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fang’s scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture is an effective method in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and it has a clinical value.关键词
