目的:探讨胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fFN)测试条联合宫颈长度在提高早产预测价值的应用。方法:回顾性分析2011年6月-2015年8月本院孕28~35周有先兆早产征象的产妇168例,其中早产72例,足月产96例,所有产妇均于临产前通过fFN测试条检测fFN分泌情况,以及通过阴道B超检测宫颈长度,统计分析两种检测方法及其联合检测对早产的预测情况。结果:宫颈长度检测法(以<30 mm为界限)预测早产的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为77.78%、65.63…查看全部>>
