Application of Fetal Protein Fiber Connection Test Strip Joint Cervical Length in Improving the Predictive Value of Premature
目的：探讨胎儿纤维连接蛋白（fFN）测试条联合宫颈长度在提高早产预测价值的应用。方法：回顾性分析2011年6月-2015年8月本院孕28~35周有先兆早产征象的产妇168例，其中早产72例，足月产96例，所有产妇均于临产前通过fFN测试条检测fFN分泌情况，以及通过阴道B超检测宫颈长度，统计分析两种检测方法及其联合检测对早产的预测情况。结果：宫颈长度检测法（以<30 mm为界限）预测早产的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为77.78%、65.63…查看全部>>
