摘要
Abstract
Objective:To further study CT imaging features of pancreatic cystic lesion,find image specificity of different kinds of pathological lesions to improve the level of diagnosis and provide direction for clinical treatment.Method:A total of 21 cases of surgery and pathology diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesion by our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,CT image performance was analyzed and diagnosis and differential diagnosis basis combined with clinical and pathological features were carried out.Result:3 cases of true cyst, 5 cases of pseudocyst,2 cases of intraductal papillary mucinous tumor(cancer),2 cases of serous cystic adenoma, 5 cases of mucous sex pouch adenoma(cancer),4 cases of solid papilloma were found.Conclusion:CT maintains important clinical diagnostic value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesion.关键词
