Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with unstable angina.Method:A total of 108 patients with unstable angina in our hospital from July 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects,used a random number table method,patients were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,the change of psychological anxiety and depression, quality of life changes of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group and the control group patients were 94.44% and 81.48%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). SAS,SDS differences between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS,quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with unstable angina given comprehensive nursing intervention has a better clinical efficacy,and can relieve anxiety and depression adverse psychological,can further promote and use in clinical practice.关键词
