颈动脉粥样硬化与脑血管病危险因素相关分析
Correlation Analysis between Carotid Atherosclerosis and Risk Factors of Cerebral Vascular Disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and risk factors of cerebral vascular disease.Method:From January 2011 to December 2014,113 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were selected as the observation group,113 healthy volunteers at the same time were selected as the control group,clinical data of two groups were retrospective analyzed,correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and cerebrovascular disease risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Result:Two groups were compared in aspects of gender and alcohol addiction had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Less than 60 years old,diabetes,coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia and hypertension patients of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Abnormal blood lipid level and carotid atherosclerosis was the biggest correlation(OR=5.23,P=0.03),followed by hypertension(OR=3.45,P=0.02),diabetes mellitus(OR=2.86,P=0.01),coronary heart disease(OR=2.34, P=0.00),age(OR=1.03,P=0.01).Conclusion:Risk factor for cerebrovascular disease about age,diabetes, coronary heart disease,dyslipidemia,hypertension may be associated with carotid atherosclerotic disease, effective control of these risk factors should be carried out in clinic,thereby reducing the incidence of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebrovascular disease,improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
