摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of spectral doppler examination in the diagnosis of hypertension caused by renal artery stenosis.Method:From April 2013 to June 2015,33 cases of hypertension caused by renal artery stenosis in our hospital were selected as the observation group,another 33 cases of normal renal hypertensive at the same period were selected as the control group,two group implemented spectrum doppler examination and the inspection result were compared and analyzed.Result:The mean value of peak blood flow velocity and mean diameter of the main renal artery of observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with unknown causes and spectral doppler examination,through to the main renal artery blood flow parameters were measured to obtain valuable data,and then determine renal artery stenosis with hypertension whether there is a correlation,so as to provide clinical diagnosis more objective reference.关键词
