摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of transcervical resection of adhesion under hysteroscopic.Method:From January 2013 to January 2015,108 cases of transcervical resection of adhesion after separation under hysteroscopic in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 54 cases.The control group was treated with traditional therapy and the observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment,the treatment effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate,the improvement rate of menstruation and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the number of the separation of adhesion was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of transcervical resection of adhesion under hysteroscopic in clinic,not only can prevent adhesion and restore the uterine cavity configuration,but also can improve the patient’s menstrual conditions,improve pregnancy rates,has certain promotion and application value.关键词
