摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of implant-tooth supported fixed dental prosthesis in posterior region.Method:27 straummer implants were placed in the mandibles of 21 patients.After healing periods, implant-tooth supported fixed dental prosthesis were finished.Patients’self-feeling,implant-tooth’s clinical mobility and X-ray were measured during 6-48 months follow-up.Result:Subjective symptoms of the patients with good,all fixed crown bridge prosthesis were not loose and fall off,27 implants normal exercise masticatory function,implant retention rate was 100%,natural tooth and implant showed no abnormal X-ray transparent shadow.Conclusion:The fixed restorations supported by implant-tooth combination are proved to be satisfy by the clinical study of 6-48 months,and it is a good restore way for the missing teeth patients in posterior region.关键词
