枳实-白芍药对干预肝郁脾虚型IBS大鼠的配伍及药效学研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes in the chemical composition of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus-Radix Paeoniae Alba herb-pair,the dose-effect relationship,the change of the pharmacological effects and metabolic mechanisms and compatibility discipline in vivo.Method:48 SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups,they were respectively given normal saline,0.025 g/kg Pinaverium Bromide solution,irrigation stomach to IBS rats with different compatibility ratio of 6 g/kg,the small intestinal propulsion rates,the amount of defecation in 24 h,weight and intestinal sensitivity were observed as pharmacologic index.Result:It was found that Fructus Aurantii Immaturus-Radix Paeoniae Alba herb-pairs of different compatibility ratio significantly decreased defecation number and increased the growth rate of body weight.Conclusion:Fructus Aurantii Immaturus-Radix Paeoniae Alba has intervention effect on stagnation of liver and spleen deficiency IBS rats.关键词
