摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the incidence and trend of brucellosis in Luoyang area and to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control.Method:The data of brucellosis epidemic from 2004 to 2015 in Luoyang and related monitoring data were collected,epidemiological statistical analysis was carried out.Result:A total of 2723 cases of brucellosis were reported in 2004-2015,the incidence rate was raising from 0.97/100 000 to 10.66/100 000,the coverage area distributed from 8 counties to all 15 counties,the incidence rate in male farmers of 30 to 60 years old was the first,the clinical manifestation and the route of transmission were multiplex,the mainly reason was associated with animal brucellosis.Conclusion:Strengthen the surveillance in animals and carry out the comprehensive methods are the key to control brucellosis.关键词
