Abstract
Objective:To study the distribution,drug resistance tendency,infection factors and control measures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the department of respiration intensive care unit in our hospital.Method:Distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in department of respiration intensive care unit in the past three years were analyzed,the drug sensitivity test was carried out using K-B method,the infection factors of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were compared with the same period of the environmental monitoring results.Result:Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in elderly patients( ≥60 years)with respiratory tracted for three years in the proportion of more than 75%,the proportion of multi drug resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa increased continuously, respiratory model pneumonia was one of the main factors of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in intensive care unit. Conclusion:The Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a major source of infection in respiratory intensive care unit in our hospital for recent 3 years,to control the Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection,we must give importance to preventive measures to reducing the intrusion chance and it is also urgent to do a good job of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection control in hospital.On the other hand,we should pay attention to treatment with antibiotics reasonably,to reduce the mortality or incidence rate caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.关键词
