研究新型护理干预对早产低体重儿喂养不耐受的影响作用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of new nursing intervention feeding intolerance in preterm low birth weight infants.Method:From January 2014 to June 2015,80 cases of preterm low birth weight infants in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,each group had 40 cases.Two groups were given intravenous nutrition and conventional treatment,the control group was given the traditional routine care and the observation group was given new nursing intervention, feeding related conditions and tolerance of two groups were compared.Result:The nasogastric and stomach tube indwelling time,total enteral nutrition time and the time required to restore the quality of the birth body of observation group were significantly lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Gastric residual rate,abdominal distension rate and apnea rate were significantly lower than control group,feeding tolerance was significantly higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The new nursing intervention can effectively improve the feeding tolerance and reduce the feeding intolerance in preterm low birth weight infants,it can also promote the gradual maturation of the gastrointestinal function and reduce a series of related complications.关键词
