Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and application value of postoperative patients with traumatic skull fracture line of evidence-based nursing.Method:From August 2014 to October 2015,200 cases of traumatic skull fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,each group had 100 cases.The control group was given clinical routine care and observation group was given evidence-based nursing,two groups of length of hospital stay,hospital expenses,complications,nursing satisfaction rate and life quality scores were compared.Result:The length of hospital stay and hospital expenses of observation group were lower than the control group,the life quality scores after nursing care were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.0%,lower than 15.0%of control group,nursing satisfaction was 96.0%,significantly higher than 75.0%of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with traumatic skull fracture surgery can effectively shorten length of hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve patients quality of life and nursing satisfaction,it has higher application value.关键词
