摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of individual psychological nursing on perioperative period of artificial hip joint replacement.Method:From June 2012 to December 2015,100 cases of artificial hip joint replacement in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given individual psychological nursing,nursing effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)score of observation group were lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual psychological nursing in the application of artificial hip joint replacement is significant,and it is worth of clinical extensive promotion.关键词
