护理硕士研究生临床实践期望的质性研究
The Qualitative Research on Expectation of Nursing Master Graduate Student in Clinical Practice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore nursing postgraduates’real expectations of clinical practice,and provide the reference for nursing graduate student to revise clinical practice program.Method:About their expectations of clinical practice,our school 2015 grade full-time postgraduate nursing students were selected by purposive sampling,they were interviewed with semi-structural conversation of phenomenology method of qualitative research.The conversation content was recorded and analyzed accordingly.The data were analyzed by using Colaizzi’s seven steps of phenomeno-logical studies.Result:Through reading,analysis,reflection and classification,we extracted five themes as follows:time,teacher,the goal and the content,assessment methods and treatment.Conclusion:The clinical practice program of nursing graduate students is guided by the demands of students.Selecting of high quality teachers,setting time and content individually,providing appropriate subsidies and evaluating comprehensively to improve the quality of clinical practice.关键词
