摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of serum uric acid on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze it’s correlation.Methods:From February 2013 to March 2015,82 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the observation group,another 82 outpatient physical health person at the same time were selected as the control group,the two groups were measured plasma myeloperoxidase(MPO),nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)level,the correlation between serum uric acid level and vascular endothelial function was analyzed by statistical methods.Result:The concentration of MPO and ET in the observation group were higher than control group,while the NO concentration was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum uric acid in patients with coronary heart disease was positively correlated with MPO and ET(r=0.781,0.489,P<0.05),but was negatively correlated with NO(r=-0.683,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum uric acid levels increased can lead to injure vascular endothelial function,it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.It is a risk factor of coronary heart disease.关键词
