摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and study the application effect of WeChat platform in nursing management of neonatal ward.Method:WeChat platform was applicated in nursing management of neonatal ward, the evaluation results of nurses,time to release information and nursing job satisfaction were compared in before WeChat platform application(January to June 2015)and after WeChat platform application(July to December 2015).Result:After WeChat platform application,the evaluation results of nurses was better than before WeChat platform application,release notice to receive notice of the time,receive information and feedback of the time were significantly lower than before application,the nurses’ satisfaction with their work was higher than before application,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of WeChat platform in neonatal ward nursing management has important practical significance,which can improve the quality of nursing.关键词
