Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of the expression of zinc finger transcription factor 451 (ZNF451) and transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) with the carcinogenesis and tumor progression in human gastric cancer.Method:Immunohistochemical method (SP) was used to detect the expression of ZNF451 and TGF-β protein in 144 cases human gastric cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues.Result:The positive rate of ZNF451 and TGF-βin gastric cancer tissues were 71.5%,79.9%,higher than that para-carcinoma tissues of 18.8%,9.1%(P<0.01).The expressions of ZNF451 and TGF-β related to size of tumor,depth of invasion, TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).ZNF451 and TGF-βexpression in gastric cancer tissue had positive correlation(P<0.05).Single factor survival analysis showed that ZNF451 and TGF-βhigh expression were negatively correlated with survival time(P<0.05).The prognosis of ZNF451 positive gastric cancer and TGF-positive gastric cancer were even worse(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZNF451 highly expresses in gastric cancer,and might promote the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer in correlation with VEGF.关键词
