韦氏智力量表各分项测验遗传度分析的双生子研究
The Twin Study of the Heritability on the Component Table in the Wechsler Intelligence Scale
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Using twins methods to explore the influence of genetic factor on each item of intelligence. Method:There were 122 pairs of twins aged 6-16 years who lived the urban district of Chongqing city, the intelligence was assessed by using the Wechsler intelligence scale for children.And the twins buccal mucosa samples was took for DNA extraction of egg type identification.The correlation coefficient of the score was evaluated in the two individual of the twin,the heritability of intelligence indexes was calculate.Result:Eventually,102 pairs had egg type identification results.The total IQ of heritability were 0.359,verbal IQ were 0.282,performance IQ were 0.314.The arithmetic and vocabulary of the heritability were 0.360 and 0.266 in the verbal scale,the heritability of the block diagram were 0.296 in the performance scale.Conclusion:The more influence of genetic on PIQ and FIQ, the more influence of environment on the verbal IQ,the influence of genetic factors on the test index is arranged according to the order from high to low,there are respectively arithmetic, block diagram, and vocabulary.关键词
