摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Ang induced cardiac hypertrophy and TNNI3K gene expression.Method: The expression of TNNI3K gene was detected in the model by AngⅡ induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats.Result:The expression of TNNI3K gene in the experimental group was enhanced by AngⅡ. Conclusion:TNNI3K gene is involved in the mechanism of Ang induced cardiac hypertrophy in neonatal rats.关键词
