微波辅助提取款冬花多糖的工艺及抗氧化活性研究

Abstract
Objective:The microwave extraction process of polysaccharide from Tussilagofar-fara and its antioxidant activity were investigated.Method:Orthogonal test was carried out on the basis of single-factor <br> experiments to determine the optimum process parameters.Additional,the reducing power of Tussilagofar-fara polysaccharide and the clearance effect of hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion were investigated.Result:The experimental results showed that the Tussilagofar-fara polysaccharide microwave assisted extraction optimum experiment conditions for the material liquid ratio was 1∶30 (g/mL),microwave power 600 W,extracting time was 7 min,and the crude polysaccharide yield was up 14.806%.With the increased of Tussilagofar-fara polysaccharide concentration,its ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion also increased. Conclusion:Furthermore,the Tussilagofar-fara polysaccharide had better reducing power to scavenge hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion and natural antioxidant.关键词
