内镜下腺样体切除联合鼓膜置管治疗儿童鼾症及分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察
Observation on the Effect of Endoscopic Resection of Adenoid Combined with Tympanic Tube in the Treatment of Children with Snoring and Secretory Otitis Media

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic resection of adenoid combined with tympanic tube in the treatment of children with snoring and secretory otitis media.Method:From February 2013 to December 2014,56 cases of snoring and secretory otitis media in our hospital were selected as the research <br> objects,they were divided into the control group and the operation group according to the principle of random allocation,each group had 28 cases.The control group was treated with only resection of adenoid and the operation group was treated with endoscopic resection of adenoid combined with tympanic tube,the total effective rates and recurrence rates of secretory otitis media at different time after the treatment,clinical manifestations of snoring and sleep-related breathing events situation in different AHI index of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rates of operation group secretory otitis media at 6,9 and 12 months after the treatment were all higher than those of the control group,the recurrence rates were all lower than those of the control group, the clinical manifestations of snoring and sleep-related breathing events situation of the operation group with different AHI index were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of endoscopic resection of adenoid combined with tympanic tube in the treatment children with snoring and secretory otitis media are better,and the clinical application value of the treatment method is relatively higher.关键词
