摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of nursing intervention on postoperative complications after laparoscopic spermatic vein high ligation.Method:From March 2010 to August 2015, Clinical data in 34 cases of laparoscopicspermatic vein high ligation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, nursing measures were summarized and nursing effect were observed.Result:A total of 6 cases had postoperative complications,1 cases puncture hole was bleeding,2 cases had fever,1 case had testicular pain,1 case had scrotum edema,1 case had abdominal pain and distension.The nurse informed the doctor in time when they found these symptom,the doctor treated the patients based on symtoms actively,then all cases relieved and recovered rapidly.Conclusion:Systematic and continuous nursing intervention on postoperative complications after laparoscopic spermatic vein high ligation can help find,deal with complications and prevention in time,it can relieve patient’s pain and promote rehabilitation.关键词
